Bay Area Hospital Releases Full Details of the Bay Area hospital shooting report

The California Department of Public Health has released a full report on the June 5, 2017, shooting death of a Bay Area woman by an unknown gunman in a hospital emergency room.

The report, which was prepared by the California Department for Public Health, details the incident, which happened in the Pacific Heights Hospital in San Francisco.

The Department of Health says the shooting happened at 6:16 a.m.

June 5 when a man was walking into the Bayview Hospital Emergency Department.

He had not been seen in the past 48 hours.

The woman, who had not received any treatment for her gunshot wounds, was rushed to the hospital with her family.

The family, along with several staff members, were taken to a hospital room where they received emergency medical attention, the report says.

The shooter left the hospital after shooting the woman multiple times, but did not surrender, the department says.

Authorities said that during the shooting, the shooter “possessed an unregistered firearm” and was found in possession of a rifle.

The suspect was later identified as a 49-year-old man from San Francisco who was arrested.

Investigators believe that the shooting may have been linked to a prior incident at the hospital.
