(AP) — You might feel the urge to take a nap.
You might want to relax.
You can’t think straight.
But all those things could be caused by a condition called hypertension, according to the American Heart Association.
That’s the name given to high bloodpressure, which is caused by the buildup of cholesterol in the blood.
And it can also be caused from a number of different causes.
The condition can be treated with medications and by lowering your blood pressure.
The goal is to prevent the buildup.
So what are you doing to lower your blood sugar?
There are a number things you can do, said Dr. Peter Tompkins, a cardiologist at the American College of Cardiology.
It’s not just doing a little bit of exercise, Tompkin said.
It could be going to a gym, or getting your blood pressures checked.
It can be drinking more water or eating more fruits and vegetables.
You also have to eat healthier.
If you don’t eat healthy foods, you can actually lower your cholesterol and have lower blood pressure, Tomblin said.
And eating more carbohydrates — the type of sugars in fruits and veggies — can also lower your total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol, which are the bad cholesterol that build up in your arteries.
There’s a lot of different ways to lower cholesterol, and if you don�t have the time or money to do it, there are other things you could do, Tommerson said.
You could try a low-fat diet, which has a lot to do with lowering your cholesterol, Tomer said.
You could do some type of exercise that doesn�t involve running or doing sports, such as yoga, which can help lower cholesterol and improve your overall health.
You can also drink more fluids, which helps your body make sure it can keep making the best use of your cholesterol reserves, Tomerson said
